I live out of state and Cherokee Lake Realty was recommended by one of the local title companies. They informed me that they are very successful at selling real estate where mine are located. I spoke to the owner of the company; he explained their approach to selling properties. I never met the man, as I mentioned, I live in different state now. But I liked what I heard, and I contracted them to sell both of my properties. They did. If I owned more properties in this area, I would use them again.
