WHY DO YOU LIMIT THE LISTINGS YOU TAKE?

You don’t get really good at doing something by doing one thousand different things one time. You get really good at something by doing one specific thing a thousand times. There are only so many hours in the day. You can’t give your all to too many clients at one time. You can’t be available for personal showings, inspections, appraisals, surveyors, follow up visits, for dozens of clients at one time. We realize that the philosophy of the big box real estate firms is to get hundreds of client listings, stick a sign in the ground, put a lock box on the door, stick a thumb size description about the home somewhere and hope that another agent by chance gets you a buyer. They get the commission, their franchise gets a percentage, and when they have a hundred agents working for them, they make a large profit. We don’t believe in this philosophy. We will take one client, limit the number of clients we represent, and be available for them 24/7. Just like it’s not possible to run full-page ads for dozens of clients, it’s not possible to give your all to dozens of clients at one time.
