I was looking for property on the lake with mountain views for a second home. Felix showed me the right one immediately, but I was hesitant to buy right away as I had some upcoming medical procedures and thought I should wait till all that was behind me. I searched other areas in N.C. and TN to be sure that was the area I wanted to be in but kept comparing everything to this first house Felix showed me. I decided to go for it but could not be present for the closing due to my upcoming procedures. Felix was with me every step of the way and assisted me with everything so I could feel comfortable and so everything went seamlessly! I am now the proud owner of my dream home!
