We bought a lake home on Cherokee Lake. Felix represented us. He accompanied us each time we viewed the home. He was also present with the appraiser the bank sent, the inspector, and at the final closing. He did everything he said he would do. My husband prefers that our proper names not be used in this review, he is not fond of telemarketers and Felix told us we could do a review and remain anonymous. But we still wanted to express our favorable opinion of Felix and Cherokee Lake Realty. If we ever decide to buy another home, we will use him again.
