True story. One of those hard to believe but true stories. A few years ago, we bought a house for my son close to Carson-Newman while he was attending school there. We figured it was a good investment and we could sell it down the road. We live in Florida and upon graduation, we didn’t one to turn into out-of-state landlords, so we decided to resell it. We met Felix because he represented the seller of the house when we bought it. We had our own agent at the time. When it came time for us to sell the house, we decided to use Felix and Cherokee Lake Realty instead of the agent that had represented us. We had our reasons for doing this. Well, Felix listed our house and sold it FIVE times. Yes, true story. Every time the deal fell through, mostly because of financing issues on the buyers’ part. The fifth time he sold it to one of the buyers that had decided not to complete the sale the first time! This buyer decided to come back and make another offer and this time the sale was completed.
