We own a manufactured home. A Clayton double-wide, built right here in Tennessee. We had the home listed with another real estate firm for a year and they were not able to sell it. So, we wanted to see if another company would do better. We had seen Cherokee Lake Realty signs all over town with SOLD on them, so we gave them a call to see if they would be interested in listing our home. Our home is not on Cherokee Lake or any other lake for that matter, and it’s not an expensive home so we weren’t sure if they would even be interested in representing us. The owner of the company came to visit with us to answer our questions. He said he would take the listing on personally and explained what they would do differently than what the other real estate company did, and how this would get the home sold. Well, it worked, he got it sold. We are relocating to a different part of the state, but if we were looking for another home in this area, we would only consider using Cherokee Lake Realty.
