I live out of state and after going through 3 other realtors I found Felix. I had two lots that I wanted to sell. Not only was he very polite and professional, but his communications were outstanding. Needless to say, both lots are now gone. He did all the marketing and communication on everything else that needed to be done, he made it very easy for me. I would recommend him to anybody buying or selling. He’s a great guy.
