We relocated because of work to Louisiana. Our house sat vacant as we entrusted Cherokee Lake Realty to sell it for us. They hired a landscaper to keep the lawn looking pristine. They monitored the heating/cooling system as the temperatures fluctuated. They were present at all the showing times to display the home. And, most importantly, they sold it and got us the amount of funds we needed as we relocated. If we ever move back to this part of the country, we will use Cherokee Lake Realty for any real estate needs.
