Cherokee Lake Realty did everything they said they would. We read other reviews that said the same thing, but we just had to agree with those comments. The first weekend they listed our home, they wound up presenting us with 7 offers. We took the one with the best terms and the sales price was higher than what we had listed it for. Amazing company. Can’t recommend them enough.
