We don’t want our name used, we’re just private like that. But Cherokee Lake Realty did everything they promised. They had professional photographers come in and take inside and outside photos of our house. Including drone photos. They ran full-page advertising on our home. They were present at every showing, and they were not concerned if we wanted to stay or not during the showings. In fact, they encouraged us to stick around. On some we did and on some we didn’t. Once we accepted the offer we liked, they were present at the home inspection requested by the buyers who were out of towners. The agent representing the buyers was not which we could not believe. Any issues come up you figure the agent for the buyer should know so they can explain it to them since they were not here. They were present at the closing. Again, they were the only agent present. Bottom line they sold our home, got us what we wanted, and did everything they promised. Great company. They scored a perfect score with us, a 10!
