This is not the proper forum to get into this, we just wanted to compliment the one company that we have used that deserves praise: Cherokee Lake Realty. We met the owner of Cherokee Lake Realty when he was sitting across from us at the negotiating table. We were so impressed that we have now used them on eight, yes eight, transactions. And, we will stick with them. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, polite, but firm when they need to be in negotiations. If there was a poster child for how a real estate firm should conduct business, they should put Cherokee Lake Realty on it.
