Imagine yourself looking at different properties on Zillow, narrowing it down to a few and reaching out to Felix for the first time, the moment we started talking I knew I was working with someone that was a true professional. We explained to him that we were from out of state and described what qualities we were looking for. He took the time to listen to us and make us feel comfortable. His knowledge in the area helped us immensely, including where to stay over the weekend, how to navigate the area, and which properties we were interested in. We never felt rushed or pressured in making our decision. He gave us his honest opinion, which sometimes I did not agree with but understood and respected. As we narrowed it down to one property, things were misaligned with certain parts of the paperwork. He went out of his way in the evenings and on the weekend to resolve the issues, somethings are never easy, feeling that I was making the wrong decision he insured me that we would get things corrected and move forward. so after a 21 day close we are now proud owners of a beautiful 2 acre lot overlooking Cherokee Lake, where we plan to build our dream home.
